“Bridgestone Ecopia H/L 001 – For SUV Drivers Who Want It All” Launch Promotion (the “Bridgestone Promotion”)

Terms & Conditions

By participating in this Bridgestone Promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1.     Sales Promotion Overview

1.1   From 1 August 2021 to 30 September 2021, enjoy the following when you purchase Four (4) pieces of Bridgestone Ecopia H/L 001 under a single invoice transaction from any of the participating Bridgestone B-Select shops, PRO shops and/or Bridgestone authorized dealers:-

- Get RM40 instant cash discount deducted from your bill with purchase of four (4) pieces of 16” Bridgestone Ecopia H/L 001 tyres;

- Get RM60 instant cash discount deducted from your bill with purchase of four (4) pieces of 17” Bridgestone Ecopia H/L 001 tyres;

- Get RM80 instant cash discount deducted from your bill with purchase four (4) pieces of 18” Bridgestone Ecopia H/L 001 tyres.

1.2  The instant cash discount will be deducted from your bill at your point of purchase from the participating Bridgestone B-Select shops, PRO shops and/or Bridgestone authorized dealers. For the avoidance of doubt, no cash will be given to you.

2.    Eligibility

2.1  Parallel-imported tyres, tyres sold by sources other than the participating Bridgestone B-Select shops, PRO shops and/or Bridgestone authorized dealers or tyres other than the Bridgestone  Ecopia H/L 001 will NOT be eligible for this Bridgestone Promotion.

2.2  This sales promotion is NOT valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or privileges carried out by Bridgestone Tyre Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd or any of the Bridgestone B-Select shops, PRO shops and/or Bridgestone authorized dealers. For the avoidance of doubt, Bridgestone tyre vouchers can be used in conjunction to this sales promotion.

2.3  You may be required to provide certain information to help verify that you have made a valid purchase under the Bridgestone Promotion and you agree to cooperate with the Bridgestone B-Select shops, PRO shops, Bridgestone authorized dealers and/or Bridgestone Tyre Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for such verification.

2.4  You are solely responsible for ensuring that your tyre purchase is made from a participating Bridgestone Bridgestone B-Select shops, PRO shops and/or Bridgestone authorized dealers. In the event of any doubts on whether such a shop falls within the scope of this Bridgestone Ecopia H/L 001 Promotion, please feel free to clarify this with Bridgestone Tyre Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd prior to making your purchase. Any purchase made from non-participating dealers will not enjoy the instant cash discount.

3.    Miscellaneous

3.1  In the event of any fraud and/or suspected fraud, Bridgestone Tyres Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to conduct its own investigations, refer the matter to the police for their further investigation and/or take other steps necessary to preserve the integrity of this Bridgestone Promotion.

3.2  Bridgestone Tyres Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions including but not limited to suspending, extending or shorterning the period of this Bridgestone Promotion without prior notice.

3.3  These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the case of any disputes in relation to this sales promotion, the customer and Bridgestone Tyres Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will engage in good faith negotiations to resolve such dispute, failing which the decision of Bridgestone Tyres Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will be final and binding.
