Present proof of purchase of eligible tyres to redeem your Gift.

Terms & Conditions:

By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1) Your participation, including but not limited to, any attempt to redeem a Gift (as defined below) in this promotion shall constitute acceptance of all these Terms & Conditions herein.

2) Purchase 2 pieces of 17” and above passenger car, SUV and four-wheel drive Bridgestone tyres in any of the participating dealers and present the original receipt to the staff at the participating dealers to receive a Bridgestone Multipurpose Cooler Bag (each a “Gift”). For the avoidance of doubt, there is no limit to the number of Gifts you may receive and purchase of additional pieces beyond the first 2 pieces of 17” and above tyre will entitle you to additional Gift(s) for such subsequent applicable purchase(s).

3) You may indicate a preference as to your Gift but this will be subject to availability of stock at the participating dealer that you visit.

4) The Gifts in this promotion are non-exchangeable for cash or any other item and will be given while stock lasts. Bridgestone Tyre Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Bridgestone Malaysia”) reserves the right to replace any Gift with items of similar value at any time without prior notice.

5) The Gifts are provided on an “as is” basis. Bridgestone Malaysia shall not be responsible for any damage, lost opportunity or other negative consequences arising from use of the use of or defects in relation to the Gifts.

6) This promotion is valid from 1st October 2021 – 30th November 2021 and is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above.

7) Gift is to be redeemed from the dealer at which the Bridgestone tyres were bought during the promotion period. Claims of Gift before or after the promotion period will not be entertained. It is recommended that you redeem the Gift at the time of purchase. The dealer reserves the right to deny subsequent redemption in the event that they are unable to verify your purchase.

8) This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or vouchers carried out or issued by Bridgestone Malaysia or its dealers.

9) By participating in this promotion, you agree and consent that Bridgestone Malaysia and/or its dealers can collect and use your personal data for us to improve our business and/or marketing efforts and to inform of you of future advertising and promotional activities.

10) You agree and undertake to hold Bridgestone Malaysia and/or its dealers harmless against all loss arising or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, your participation in this promotion and/or your breach of the terms herein.

11) Bridgestone Malaysia has the right to exclude your participation in this promotion without any obligation to provide notice and/or reasons for doing so.

12) Bridgestone Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify or disregard your participation in this promotion if you do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

13) Bridgestone Malaysia reserves the right to amend, withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, replace or terminate this promotion in whole or in part and/or to revise, delete, amend and/or supplement any of the Terms & Conditions herein without prior notice and at its absolute discretion. These may include for reasons relating to government regulations, epidemic or other events beyond Bridgestone Malaysia’s control.

14) These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Malaysian law. In case of any disputes in respect of this promotion, you will negotiate in good faith with Bridgestone Malaysia. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the decision of the Bridgestone Malaysia shall be final and binding.
